Without photos, it is hard to know for sure, however liposuction, or liposuction with fat grafting to the buttocks can certainly improve the shape and round out the buttocks
Thanks for the question. Based on them a torso liposuction and buttock reshaping can be done with liposuction and you will achieve a very good result. I wish you all the best.
The buttock can be reshaped with a combination of liposuction and fat grafting to that area. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of liposuction and fat grafting procedures each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results. Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA
It would be best to be seen by a BCPS in person, but from a hypothetical standpoint the upper buttocks/flanks can often be tapered with liposuction to give the patient a more shapely figure. I hope this helps.
A good way to improve the shape of a square butt is to reshape it thorugh a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. This is commonly referred to as a brazilian butt lift and the results can be amazing. Take a look at the link below to see some good examples of what this procedure can achieve. You will need to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in BBLs to know for sure if this is what you need. This is a very specialized procedure so make sure to select a doctor who does at least 6 BBLs per week. This may not be easy to find, so it may be worth traveling to someone in order to get the results you are looking for.

Contouring with liposuction or liposuction combined with fat grafting should give you a nice result. It's difficult to say without photos, but that should give you a good start in your research! ac

If you have some fat elsewhere on your body, fat transfer to reshape your buttocks region is likely the best solution. You may need some liposuction to help shape the buttocks as well depending on your particular anatomy. A consult will help define your problem and a customized solution.
Dear Kmcroy7, Shaping of the buttock can often be achieved with liposuction alone but sometimes a combination of liposuction and fat grafting is needed to achieve the desired shape. The only way to determine what option or options are right for you is to be seen for a consultation by a board-certified plastic surgeon.
This is a common finding in many patients (men as well as women). if the pockets of fat are small and isolated I would recommend Liposuction under local anesthesia. if there is accompanying skin laxity as well I would recommend mastopexy.

Over the years the number of incision sites have decreased without compromise of results. There is no absolute number of incisions that need to be made - just enough to give the best result which will vary from plastic surgeon to plastic surgeon. Incisions sites for liposuction are...
I believe it is okay to combine these procedures if the lipo is not very extensive. Generally, I like to limit surgery to about six hours per setting, otherwise I would split them up.
