My Butt is Square Shaped, Can Lipo Fix This?

It would be best to be seen by a BCPS in person, but from a hypothetical standpoint the upper buttocks/flanks can often be tapered with liposuction to give the patient a more shapely figure.  I hope this helps. 

A good way to improve the shape of a square butt is to reshape it thorugh a combination of liposuction and fat grafting. This is commonly referred to as a brazilian butt lift and the results can be amazing.  Take a look at the link below to see some good examples of what this procedure can achieve.  You will need to be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in BBLs to know for sure if this is what you need. This is a very specialized procedure so make sure to select a doctor who does at least 6 BBLs per week. This may not be easy to find, so it may be worth traveling to someone in order to get the results you are looking for.
