Will my breasts ever look normal again? Hematoma, necrosis 14 days after breast lift w/ Siltex round HP subglandular 300cc

Two weeks after breast lift with Siltex round HP subgland. 300cc implants I am having hematoma in both breasts (190cc and 58cc) w/ signs of necrosis on my left areola. My doc prefers the "wait and see" approach for the hematomas-I feel helpless. What hematoma is considered big enough to be drained out? To make hematoma resolve I need to wear the bra, as a compression. But, the compression of the bra compromises the blood supply to my necrotic areola! I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place.
