are certainly issues that would make any surgeon cringe.  This is apparently your second post as you don't mention that you had different doctor do your follow-ups.  Whoever your surgeon is, you must confront him/her and find out what options you have and the risks that go with each one.  Only with that information can you make the best decision for yourself.  Most surgeons would not leave hematomas to resolve on their own but perhaps your case has extenuating circumstances.  Compression will not hasten the resolution of your hematoma but can harm your areola.  Choice seems obvious to do what you can to protect your areola.

Based on your photographs it appears that there is a significant volume of hematoma on the left breast "right in photograph" that is pushing and displacing the nipple areola complex much higher than that on the right side.If there is definitely significant hematoma fluid on the left side it must be drained.  If your plastic surgeon is unwilling to take action then you need to consult another board certified plastic surgeon.In time with proper management  your eventual result can be satisfactory.
