First of all let me state it is only when I get physically hot. Second I have come to the conclusion that it is behind my muscle, it reminds me of when I was a child. my feet would get wet in my sneakers. So this is what is going on, the implant is sweating like feet and the smell is so bad!!! Now unless the Dr.s open their minds and think out of the box, this IS what is happening.

You could have a small amount of breast milk being expressed after augmentation causing a smell. This would be worse after exercise. Normally, this lactation dries up on it's own within a few months, but occasionally women have to go see their gynecologist for evaluation and medicine to help stop the milk production.

You may have a fungal infection under the breasts causing this smell but it is definitely not coming directly from the implants. Consider using powder under the breasts or an antifungal cream. If unsuccessful then it is time to see your plastic surgeon.
