Could my body be rejecting my breast implants for the second time?

My body rejected my first breast implants after cancer surgery. Continual layers of scar tissue formed and continued to form. My surgeon removed them and replaced them with a "different type" which he said shouldn't cause the same reaction. Two years on and my breasts are becoming increasingly uncomfortable, with the pressure and tightness increasing as well as the size I think. Could my body be rejecting my second implants and what would happen to my stretched chest muscles if I had to have them removed?
