My belly button has scabs all over is this normal? And The outside scab is like black and the inside is like a crusty clear I'm a week and one day post op what should I do ??

Answer: Crusting from drainage around the navel after abdominoplasty requires good wound hygiene.
I'm not quite sure how you would know that but there should not be a cavity/space between the muscle and skin at six months. I would seek the counsel of your PS has how he/she would like to proceed.
