I had a Lipo and full tummy tuck with muscle plication. My belly button is off centered towards my left side. I know my right leg is shorter then left leg. right hip is higher then left hip. Would this be the cause of this problem maybe? could my belly button be center itself later on? I have less stronger muscles on the right side. My doctor suggested to wait 6 months and possibly open the incisions in the middle and fix it. I will ask my PS the same question when I see him.Thank You
Answer: A navel off-center after abdominoplasty can be corrected.
You certainly presented complicated postoperative picture. I don't know about short legs and so forth but I do know that an umbilicus slightly off center after abdominoplasty can be corrected.

Answer: After TT My Belly Button is off Center,
With the differences in leg length and pelvic positioning, it is quite likely that your navel may have been off-center before surgery. This is actually common even without uneven legs.
It is hard to comment further without photos, but at any rate, your surgeon will prove to be your best resource. All the best.

Answer: Umbilicus is off center after an abdominoplasty
It seems you have multiple degrees of asymmetry of your body and your umbilicus is no different. It has been shown in many studies that the umbilicus is not a midline structure and in fact 15% of the time it is not in the midline naturally. Of course, with a plastic surgical procedure perfection and absolute symmetry are the goals. If your umbilicus is off center it could be just from early swelling. Wait 6 months and if not improved you can consider a revision.

Answer: Belly button off center
Cadaver studies have shown that over 80% of people have their belly button off center. It's likely yours was off center before your surgery. Sometimes, if your surgeon tries to get it closer to the middle, the stalk of the belly button will pull it to the side and then it looks very strange.

Answer: Belly button off center after tummy tuck It might be possible the belly button looks "off" if you have a limb length issue, but you might have noticed the same before your procedure. Usually on your tummy there will be fine hairs which point to the midline where the belly button should be between the chest (xyphoid) and the center of the pubic bone. A photo can help, and hope your surgeon can sort things out.
