My bbl surgery is in 2 weeks but my hemoglobin level is 10.7. Will I have to postpone my surgery??

My surgery is less then 2 weeks away. I went to my pcp and did blood work and it came back that I am anemic with a hemoglobin level of 10.7. He suggested I start taking OTC iron supplements. I'm taking an iron supplemtn that is 325mg three times a day as well as a women's one a day tablet. I am also going to go buy some 'pure-absorb' iron tablets that a girl from the surgery center tecommended me to take. Will this be enough to raise my levels at least to 11.5? My surgery date is March 27th...
