Am I a good candidate for a breast lift? I'm 27F with three past pregnancies and breastfeeding . Would I be able to get a crescent or donut lift? I'm trying to avoid large scarring . Or would an anchor lift be needed?

It all depends on your goals and your plans.

If you feel your nipples are to low, your areolas too large, or the skin fold beneath your breast too long....then you are asking for a lift.  If it's the fullness you miss, then an implant alone can be an option.

If future pregnancy is an option, then an implant alone is an option or simply waiting until you are done bearing children.

As for the crescent or donut lifts....mehhhh.  They really dont do enough to make most of my patinet's happy and they don't last long enough in my experience if an implant is being added.

A crescent or donut lift is usually best for very mild nipple position changes, not for meaningful lifting after pregnancy and breastfeeding. What stands out in the photo is nipple/areola descent with some lower-pole skin laxity, so a limited periareolar lift may not give the shape or durability you want.

If the nipple needs to move up more than a small amount, a vertical/lollipop lift or sometimes an anchor lift is often more predictable, even though it creates more scar. The right choice depends on measurements, skin quality, breast volume, and whether you also want an implant or auto-augmentation. An in-person exam is the only way to balance scar length against lift quality accurately.

Thank you for sharing your history &mdash; three pregnancies and breastfeeding very commonly lead to the kind of changes that make women consider a lift, so you are in good company. Wanting to minimize scarring is a completely reasonable goal, and I always try to use the least extensive lift that will actually achieve a lasting, attractive result.
The honest answer is that the right lift is dictated by how far your nipple has descended and how much loose skin you have, not by which scar we would prefer. A crescent lift only raises the nipple a few millimeters and is really only suited to very minor asymmetry &mdash; it is rarely enough after pregnancies. A donut (periareolar) lift can help mild sagging and also reduce areola size, but it has limits: pushed too far it can flatten the breast and widen the scar. For moderate to significant descent, a lollipop (vertical) or anchor lift reliably reshapes the breast and gives the longest-lasting result, and in skilled hands those scars usually fade very well over time.
Of course, the clearest decision can only be made at an in-person examination, based on your measurements. That said, in your case reducing your wide areola would also give a better, more balanced result, and that can be done at the same time as the lift.
