Will a breast lift and tummy tuck fix the breast sagging and stomach rippling? (Photos)

Question

I had breast augmentation surgery in early November of 2025 in Ecuador. During the same procedure, I also had liposuction done on my legs and my abdominal area. Because of a lack of proper communication, my surgeon did not reduce my areola size and now I'm seeing sagging of the underside of my breasts. Can this be corrected with a breast lift? Also, I have some rippling of the skin above the belly button, despite intense post surgery therapy. Can this be corrected by a mini tummy tuck via my previous (12 years ago) cesaerian section scar? PS: There is some rednress in my abdominal area in the photos because I just recently took off my compression garment.

Yes, the breast sagging and areola size can often be improved with a breast lift. Depending on implant position and breast tissue, this may involve tightening the lower breast skin, lifting the nipple-areola complex, reducing the areola diameter, and improving the breast shape around the implant.
Because you already have implants, the surgeon also needs to evaluate implant position, pocket support, and whether the implant is contributing to the lower-pole sagging. Sometimes a lift alone is enough; other times, pocket adjustment or implant revision may be needed for a more stable result.
For the abdomen, a mini tummy tuck through the old C-section scar only helps the lower abdomen below the belly button. It usually will not correct rippling or loose skin above the belly button. If the main problem is above the belly button after liposuction, a full tummy tuck or other skin-excision approach may be more effective, but this depends on how much loose skin you have.
Skin rippling after liposuction can come from skin laxity, uneven fat removal, scar tissue, or thin soft tissue. A tummy tuck can improve areas where the loose or damaged skin can be removed, but it may not completely fix upper abdominal irregularities if they are outside the skin that can be excised.
My advice would be to have an in-person consultation for both areas. For the breasts, ask about lift with areola reduction and possible implant pocket correction. For the abdomen, ask whether the rippling is from loose skin versus liposuction irregularity, because that will determine whether a mini tummy tuck, full tummy tuck, or non-surgical skin/scar treatment is most appropriate.

Your breast implants can indeed be replaced with ones offering more projection or profile to achieve better upper pole fullness, and an areola reduction can be performed simultaneously.Regarding your abdomen, a mini tummy tuck specifically treats excess skin and laxity below the belly button. Because it does not effectively address skin rippling or laxity located above the navel, a full tummy tuck is typically required to properly smooth and correct that upper abdominal area.
An in-person physical examination is essential to determine the best corrective approach.

It looks like you had a peri-areolar lift from you photos. To achieve a better breast shape and smaller, more crisp areolas, you will need to convert to a lollipop lift or a vertical mastopexy. A breast lift can reshape your breasts to make them firmer and perkier. At the same time, an areola reduction can be performed. A full tummy tuck would be needed to tighten any loose skin above the belly button. If you only have loose skin below your belly button, a mini tummy tuck may be sufficient.

Yes a breast lift will fix your areola size and lift the breast back overtop the implants. For your stomach, you need a surgery to tighten the skin, either a standard tummy tuck or a reverse tummy tuck, a mini usually does not change the skin above the belly button

The photos show some lower-pole breast laxity and abdominal contour/rippling above the belly button, but an in-person exam is needed to judge skin quality and implant position. A breast lift can usually address areola size and lower-pole sagging better than implant surgery alone; the exact lift pattern depends on nipple position, areola size, scars, and how much skin needs to be tightened.

The abdominal issue is a separate problem. Rippling above the belly button after liposuction is often related to skin laxity, uneven fat thickness, scar tethering, or muscle/fascia contour, and a mini tummy tuck through an old C-section scar usually has limited ability to correct skin above the umbilicus. Since your surgery was in November 2025, revision planning is usually best after tissues have softened and a board-certified plastic surgeon can examine whether skin excision, scar release, liposuction revision, or a fuller tummy tuck is more appropriate.

Hello and thank you for posting. Your first question is an obvious yes. You probably needed a lift in the first place and a lift with areolar reduction can be performed without removing your implants (if everything is in 
 order and you want to keep them). As fie your second question… A mini tummy tuck will not address the skin above the belly button, but a reverse tummy tuck will, as long as you are ok with the scar at the breast fold. 
Muscle repair may also be necessary if you want a flatter tummy. This can be done via the c section incision! If you want a reverse tummy tuck evaluation make sure to contact me or any other surgeon with experience in this procedure.

At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using the Bellesoma. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. This technique will also lift the upper abdominal skin and should take care of the excess rippling. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.
