I do not know what I want to do . I've been looking online for over the muscle results / under the muscle results and the pros and cons for both but I just need some advice . Does my skin look thick enough for over the muscle implant with a lift . And yes I know I'll need a lift due to my breasts sagging . Thank you !

weight loss will affect all fat cells in your body, including the ones in your breasts. So you can expect some decrease in size but nobody can tell you exactly how much will you lose.
