Your pain does not sound severe, and this far along, my best guess is that you are likely OK.  If the pain persists or gets worse, see your surgeon.

Your plastic surgeon will be able to examine you and determine if anything has happened to your repair, however this is unlikely. It is normal to be sore when you start to increase your activity. Be sure to always follow your plastic surgeon's guidance with your increase in activity. Swelling and discomfort that that time is usually due to overdoing your activity and some degree of muscle spasm (if the rectus abdominis muscle were plicated/pulled together). I am sorry to hear about the concerns you are having; your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource for clinical evaluation and (probable) reassurance. Generally speaking, most patients in your situation ( who are concerned about having done “permanent damage”) are just fine. Occasional pain and swelling  is quite commonly encountered after tummy tuck surgery. Again, your plastic surgeon will be able to determine if any harm has been done ( usually just based on physical examination).  Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.
