Hi Basel_msepes, thank you for posting your question on RealSelf.com. In my practice patients can even leave our office wearing a hat immediately after the procedure. It will be worn loose with no friction to the grafted area. Your scalp should be completely healed by now. If not, please follow up with your doctor. There are some factors that can slow healing. If you have any health issues, you may want to ask your doctor if it is OK for you to wear a hat.
It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen. In general, you can start wearing a hat the day after surgery.
You should be fine to start wearing a cap at 16 days post op as it usually takes about 2 weeks to heal. You may also resume regular activities such as going to the gym, jogging, swimming, etc.
You may start to use a cap and begin to gym, heavy exercises and swimming 2 weeks after the FUE operation. Jogging, running, sauna, cycling etc don't give any harm after 2 weeks of operation
Since it takes about only 12-14 days for the scalp to heal and the crust to be formed, your scalp must be looking normal by now and the surgery must be totally undetectable. You could wear a hat or go about your usual routine without any problems.
at 18 days, provided that all of the crusts are off, you are able to do whatever you want as your scalp is now normal

If your trauma to your scalp was was significant enough to cause normal hairs fall then it probably affected your transplanted grafts.
Oil and Toppik does't sound like a normal thing to do. It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.
