Receding jaw and small face

I believe there are dental and skeletal components that can not be overlooked.  It seems that you have a class II occlusion with a deep bite component, resulting in a collapsed lower facial third.  In this case, the orthodontist should prepare the teeth in a way to give more space horizontally between the upper and lower front teeth.  This way the surgeon can advance the lower jaw forward.  Facial harmony will be balanced and chin surgery will likely not be necessary.

The scar is minimal and almost invisible. No one complains about it. The side of the jaw and the back angle implants are put in through the mouth and a 1 1/2 inch incision behind the molar teeth.
