Will chin augmentation give the desired outcome in my second picture?

 The edited photographs do appear to be  realistic and obtainable with a chin implant. Remember, the chin is a three-dimensional structure and this is only one view. Chin implants are manufactured in variety of sizes and shapes, are inserted through submental approach under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. Different profiles of chin implants exist , the extension of the wings of the chin implant also adds to the profile of the mandibular border if needed.
