First picture is without editing, second has just the chin edited. Will a chin implant give the desired results of the second picture?

Your chin should be in line with your lips. If you place your finger directly down from your lips, your chin should just about touch the finger. Yours is significantly behind. A chin implant would balance the lower half of your face.
