Right side of my face is flatter, larger, and saggier - What happened to my face and what can I do to fix this? (photos)

Right side of my face is flatter , larger and saggier than the left side . Also when compared to the left side , right side is little depressed down. And my nose is not possitioned in my mid face , it is pointed to the left side . What happened to my face ? What I want to do now ?
