i had blepharoplasty in left eye for fat removal caused by fat transfer lump.....it has been 6 weeks but still i have some swelling and lump ..i am scared that is it fat left by mistaken ...m worried cause i dont want to go for one another surgery ..if it is fat than steroids injection can be used to soft this lump?? ..

That crease or groove is quite common and is referred to as a tear trough and can worsen with age from bone resorption in the medial cheek. I would recommend hyaluronic acid filler like Restylane, Perlane or Juvederm to improve this. I would recommend seeing either a board-certified...
The photo suggests you may have ptosis (lazy upper lids)Or this could be from the position in which you took the photo.See a Board Certified Plastic or Opthalmoplastic Surgeon for a full evaluation if your lids come down to your pupils when your eyes are in a normal position. Best wishes.
