Are my eyelids to big? What can I do about them? (photo)

I've got the answer about my eyebrows, will think about botox (my previous question). But I also really doubt about my upper eyelids, aren't they look too big for my eyes? When I close my eyes I can notice some excess skin which makes me look tired, sleepy, angry... Or they are normal enough? I'm 18.
