I had upper blepharoplasty seven months ago (I had no lids and some crowning). Now, my inner eyelids look a little hollow, my eyes look rounder, and my eyebrows have dropped. In short, my eyes looked better before. My doctor said he removed just a little skin, but also removed fat above my inner eyelids. I would like to replace the fat, but I'm very nervous it could look worse. Do you think it is too risky to do this? Also, do you think fillers are safer than fat replacement?
