This complication is called PUBS: post upper blepharoplasty syndrome.  This includes upper eyelid ptosis, hollow upper eyelid, lash ptosis, compensatory eyebrow elevation.  The underlying cause of this constellation of findings is the effects of the upper eyelid surgery.  Opening the anterior orbit in the upper eyelid to remove fat causes a septal scar that pulls the upper eyelid tendon out of place.  This is technically called a white line disinsertion.  This is an important finding because it means that the most popular type of ptosis surgery the Mullerectomy (MMCR) won't work on these eyelids.  Kylie is fixable and when she is ready, I will be here. These are called bedroom eyes because after sex, the parasympathetic system is stimulated and the sympathetic system is inhibited and this can cause a slight upper eyelid ptosis or upper eyelid heaviness.  Trust me, the heavy upper eyelid is annoying and the eyes look dull and lifeless in photos because the jewel like character of the eye is caused by the light reflex on the cornea and the heavy eyelid covers or shades this.

Thank you for your question.The later picture shows the eye aperture to be smaller, which is a function of the muscles, and can happen as a complication of upper blepharoplasty. The ptosis that can be seen on the later picture can be because of this reason. All The Best !
