Answer: Based on the few photographs posted here and the brief description, one can't answer this question.
The appearance is not abnormal, except perhaps to the person. Surgery is not appropriate except in extreme cases of hypertelorism. The appearance can be improved by judicious injections.
It does look like you have asymmetric eye sockets. Most likely it's due to your facial bony skeleton. The right photo does not show it as much as the left photo. No human face is perfectly symmetric.
