Many people said that my eyes are very close set. i really don`t like this since my childhood! Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Or even make the illusion of wider set eyes? And how can it be done and what would it cost?

It does look like you have asymmetric eye sockets. Most likely it's due to your facial bony skeleton. The right photo does not show it as much as the left photo. No human face is perfectly symmetric.
