Can finasteride cause long term issue? I’m using since 5 years with no side effects. I’m 28 now.

İf you have not experienced any side effects of finasteride, than using it long term won't cause anything spesific. Consult with your doctor maybe they will advise you to take a break from finasteride

Finasteride has been in use for decades and has a very good safety profile. There are no known significant long term effects when used in otherwise healthy individuals.
