I train in Muay Thai boxing 5 days a week/ 2 hours a day. The usual routine is lots of jump rope, lifting, pushups, sit ups, cardio, kicking pads, holding pads, punching etc... quite intense. My goal is to train very intensively in Thailand March 2013 and my surgery is August 15, 2012. I want great results, so I have promised to put training on pause for as long as I need no matter what. Realistically, what are your thoughts on when I can begin conditioning myself for this adventure post op?
