I'm getting a little panic. I was 32a and got 375cc under muscle, wearing support bra and strap at night and just strap whenever at home, when I'm out just wearing sport bra. My implants haven't dropped and look too big. I wanted full yet natural look, now thinking if I should've gone smaller. Can't wait them to drop to see the result, getting nervous they haven't, don't want any more surgeries. Seen post op pictures here others' implants start dropping by 3-4 weeks mine even haven't started.
Answer: Drop & Fluff Hello,I let my patients know that it will usually take between 2-6 months for implants to drop and fluff. When breast tissue is tight and implants are larger- it can take even longer. You are still early in your recovery process, though it can be hard to be patient. All the best

Answer: Implants are not dropping almost 4 weeks postop? Hello! Thank you for your question! You are still early post-procedure. Your appearance looks typical at this stage and will continue to improve as the swelling subsides and the implants continue to settle into their desired position. This usually proceeds over the next several weeks as the lower pole skin/breast stretches to accommodate the implants. Follow-up closely with your surgeon for additional restrictions/instructions and the potential use of bras/garments or massage that may encourage the implant to settle appropriately. If still displaced after this time, a surgical procedure may be necessary to further open the pocket and bring the implant(s) down. Hope that this helps! Best wishes!

Answer: Implants not dropping Hello, implants can often drop for months after surgery. It is not possible to predict your outcome based on a description alone, but I would recommend ongoing assessments by your PS to ensure you achieve the desired result.

Answer: Implants are not dropping almost 4 weeks post op Thank you for your question. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to an accurate assessment of your situation, advice, predictions, and/or meaningful reassurance. Generally speaking, breast implants will "drop" into the pocket that was created during surgery and massaging the implants downward may assist in the dropping of the implants after surgery (for those patients who want to help with the settling of the implants). The rate of breast implant "settling" may depend on factors such as size of breast implant pocket dissected, tightness of the overlying skin/muscle layers, size of breast implant utilized, and concerns such as pre-existing breast asymmetry.Normally, it takes about 3-6 months (for some patients longer) to see the final result. It is very common for one side to settle faster than the other. In your case there is still time. Again, best to follow your plastic surgeon for more specifics. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.
