He said 350-375cc high profile and I said if you do 400 cc then I wanted 400 he said he would try. well when I woke up from surgery they told me I got 325cc and I feel like he could have gone bigger but he saying that's the biggest.

Answer: Implant Sizing Hello,Unfortunately no one can answer that question with absolute certainty. I can say that I prefer to systematically determine the best size implant for my patients by obtaining biodimensional measurements to pick the desired implant's size and shape before going to the operating room. That way there is no confusion, disappointment, or uncertainty. You have a lot of healing to do, and you will drop and fluff over the next few months, making your result more impressive. Stay positive and you should have a nice outcome!Best of luck!

Answer: Implant size Hello,The implant sizes which can fit in your tissue and are a match for your breast base width are limited. You will need to discuss your measurements and considerations for your implant choice with your Plastic Surgeon. Remember that they will drop and fluff over the next 2-6 months and could look larger as you heal. All the best

Answer: Why couldn't you get 400cc? Unfortunately, it's hard to answer your question without conducting a pre-op in-person exam and taking certain breast measurements. At this point, best to give yourself adequate time to heal and if you're not happy with your final size, you can always ask for an exchange with larger implants once the breast tissues have stretched some. Good luck!
