I was officially diagnosed with staining after my 2nd scleropathy treatment. She said time is the best healer. However I have a beach trip planned in May and was hoping to help move it along. I've read on here there's no tried/true remady. However, are there exercises I could do to help? Less sitting, more standing? What about warm compresses? Apple Cider vinegar? It's only on one leg. Some days it looks better than other days. The more natural the better!
