Veins on breasts but have implants. Is Sclerotherapy okay?

I had 425cc saline over the muscle put in 9 months ago. Since my implants my skin has stretched and I'd like to have sclerotherapy done. Is it safe? Any particular procedure I should do?

Sclerotherapy is very safe with breast implants.  After 6 months you can safely undergo breast vein sclerotherapy.  I prefer foam sclerotherapy.  You should go to someone with experience injecting breast veins especially with an implant.  The technique is to stay superficial.

Typically, it’s best to have a consultation with a qualified physician as
treatments for veins vary according to each person and how visible they are. It
is okay to have a treatment done with implants. For the breast area, if the
veins appeared after the implants, it may have been due to that area becoming
larger. In that case, I would not recommend the Sclerotherapy Treatment. I
would recommend the Pulsed Dye Laser (Cynergy) as it’s great for aiming the
laser into the vein which helps to absorb the blood within the vein and
eliminate it.
