I had 425cc saline over the muscle put in 9 months ago. Since my implants my skin has stretched and I'd like to have sclerotherapy done. Is it safe? Any particular procedure I should do?

Forehead veins can be treated by sclerotherapy, removal through small incisions or a combination of both. See a vein specialist. If you go to the vein experts web site you can be directed to a NY MD that treats this.
Thank you for your question.Volume loss with aging exposes veins in the hands. Treatments vary and with significant volume loss, an option would be to 'hide' such veins with fillers (Radiesse, fat). Most of the prominent veins need to be removed with microphlebectomy for optimal results....
There are several options to treat forehead veins including sclerotherapy, removal through tiny incisions or a combination of both. See a vein specialist for an evaluation.
