Hello, from your pictures and what you are describing i would lean towards a cellulitis or an abcess formationGo check it up with your doctor couse you might be needing antibiotics asap. Best wishes 

I would see your surgeon as soon as possible. It looks like you have an infection going on and possibly an abcess that needs attention ASAP

The pictures worrisome. The distribution of red on the skin is suggestive of infection and possibly a deep-seated abscess. This needs to be reported to your surgeon immediately.

Thank you for posting your question with  photographs.  Redness after breast augmentation and hematoma drainage is concerning, because it may represent infection. Fever, increased swelling and pain are other signs that this is an emergency.
