I've asked this question before and I want to know the best way to remove them. I don't think buccal pad removal is what I need. I've also heard a small cannula liposuction from a small incision from the corner of the mouth but wouldn't that be a high risk of nerve damage in the face? What's my best option?

Answer: Successful treatment of Peri oral mounds We are so happy you asked about Perioral mounds. This is an area of great interest to us as well. We performed a study that we then published about the subject. This will give you additional information including before and after pictures of our results. Since the time we published this we have designed even better instrumentation for the treatment that is very small and delicate. We are enthusiastic about results and hope you enjoy the study.
