Are sports compression garments, ( like tight underarmour leggings) enough compression after thigh liposuction?

For the first month, you need a post surgical compression garment. Your surgeon's office should have one that they recommend. After then, you can probably switch to a more relaxed garment, but your surgeon is the best one to ask. We all have our own post op protocol. Best of luck.

Once you select your plastic surgeon, he/she will instruct you on what you will need to wear following surgery. Each surgeon has their own routine that they feel works best for their patients so you should follow those instructions.
