My goal: fake look, most importantly lasting round C shape upper poleness. I know I'm in the grey zone for a lift, but decided I don't want one for the moment. I currently have Saline Mod 350CC, 2 babies and big weight loss after. With my width, surgeon estimated 600cc Mentor memory gel HP to fill the space. I later discovered the Mentor Boost, took a pre-op appt. To achieve my goal, should I go for the Boost mod + (more diameter &cohesive) or regular HP(more projection)?

Yes, your pockets can be tightened and move your implants back up higher. However, your tissue is not supporting the weight of these implants now, so you need to go smaller. You may still need extra support with mesh as an internal bra. Please do not go larger.
You probably don't need the full lift. One implant needs the lateral pocket tighten since it sits too far laterally. The other implant needs the inferior pocket tightened which is causing that nipple to push up higher. Do not go larger and consider going somewhat smaller for a lighter implant.
A 500 cc implant is still a large and heavy implant. This size and 500 cc's will be too large and heavy for your tissue and frame. Yes, go smaller and have a lift to removed excess stretched skin. You may need mesh for better support as well.
