I have an allergy to lidocaine so I am wondering if cutera skintitan, Fractora or exillis ultra can be done without it ? I am in 47 no wrinkles but I want to tighten my lower face ,jawline and double chin Any suggestions

Thank you for your question in regards to Exilis. This type of procedure does not involve the use of lidocaine. To be sure what is best for you, see two or more board-certified providers in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.

We have experience at Cavendish Clinic with both Fractora and Exilis Elite, I would definitely recommend Exilis Elite in terms of comfort and results. We never use Lidocaine with Exilis Elite however it's an absolute must with Fractora. There is also another treatment which is new to the market called Tixel which is thermal coagulation, this treatment requires no aesthetic cream at its lowest setting. My best suggestion would be to attend a clinic which offers multiple treatment options and therefore be able to create a bespoke treatment plan for you, without the use of Lidocaine.

Lidocaine is a local anesthesia that nubs the area where it is injected or placed topically. A surgical facelift would require lidocaine. Exilis Ultra 360 would be an ideal method to get some skin tightening without the use of any injections or topical lidocaine and it has no downtime.
