I feel very anxious, even if everything is going the way it should....I do nightmares and never did it before. Sometimes, when I wake up in the morning, I feel really bad, very anxious and I need to walk around the house and breathe outside a bit to feel better. Is it normal ????

As a head and neck surgeon who does both inject kybella and manage tonsillitis, I can assure you that the infection is very unlikely to decrease the effectiveness. As long as the infection does not spiral into something more serious requiring hospitalization, etc, etc, you should be fine.
