Hello julielebon, I appreciate your questions! Foreign materials injections included but not limited to Silicone, Biogel, Hydrogel, Biopolymer, PMMA, and Aqua gel are not-FDA approved for body contouring, and are extremely harmful to the human body. Side effects can include ongoing pain and serious injuries, such as scarring, tissue death, and permanent disfigurement. If the silicone migrates beyond the injection site, it could cause an embolism, stroke, infections and death. Serious complications may occur right away or could develop weeks, months, or years later. Instead of Biogel injections and other foreign material injectable substances that are deemed medically unsafe, I would recommend you getting a VASER Liposuction with fat transfer to the buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Many of my patients chose to have excess fat removed from specific areas of the body such as arms, back, abs and flanks with VASER Liposuction and transfer it to the hips and buttocks to get a beautifully contoured figure. Fat cells treated and removed during VASER Liposuction are typically of high quality, and are viable to re-introduce into the body in a fat transfer procedure. Unlike short lasting synthetic fillers, re-injecting your own fat may give you natural looking results that last longer, with no risk of rejection. Consult with an experienced plastic surgeon to assess your candidacy for a Brazilian Butt Lift and discuss your particular needs and cosmetic goals. Best regards! Dr. De La Cruz.
You would require too much product to achieve a desired result, and problems with large-volume permanent filler butt-injections are numerous including death.
Thank you for your question! NO! Fillers cannot be saved and reused due to the risk of infection. The FDA did not approve fillers to be saved and reused after they have been opened. I would never expose my patients to the risk! Best of luck!
Thank you for your question! No. It is illegal in the US for estheticians to do injectables even under the supervision of physician. They are not licensed to do so and physician can not extend their license to an esthetician!
Thank you for your question! If you are considering non-surgical rhinoplasty it is crucial for you to find a provider who has the most experience with nasal anatomy and procedures. That minimizes the risk of vascular compromise. Best of luck!
