Will bodytite (without lipo) of outer thigh, buttocks and under butt help to lift droopy buttocks and smooth dimples and rolls?

I am 5 weeks post BBL, revision inner thigh fat graft with bodytite and banana roll lipo on right side. My BBL is lopsided, and due to banana roll lipo my butt droops on right side, I now have a leg roll underneath and it worsened and created more cellulite and ripples on outer thigh. Can bodytite (without lipo) help to lift the butt and smooth these issues? How do I fix the lopsided BBL. My surgeon (board Certified) says I don’t have enough fat. PLEASE HELP
