You need forehead lift, face lift, neck lift and blepheroplasty for balanced and harmonious outcome. In addition you should consider slimming your nose.
A full set of patient photographs are required to determine what may or may not be required along with an in-person consultation to find out what actually bothering the patient. From the very limited photos, you can consider a blepharoplasty procedure,a face/neck lift procedure and a rhinoplasty. For more information and many examples of all 3 procedures, please see the link and the video below
You would get a substantial improvement from properly placed fillers or the Profound microneedle RF MicroLift. The he most beneficial intervention would be to perform a modified extended deep plane lift. This would give the most natural and most impressive improvement from the lateral brow all the way down to the collar bones. You can see photos of the AuraLyft to get an idea.
In my opinion you would benefit from a lower face lift and eyelid lift procedure which can be performed in one sitting. To finish a complete facial rejuvenation I would recommend approximately 6 weeks later a course of laser resurfacing since our face ages not only anatomically by gravity but also the surface of our skin ages as well. Discuss complete rejuvenation with your board certified plastic surgeon.
There are not enough photos provided to give any specific recommendations on what would help you achieve your goals. How you look outside depends on both the quantity of skin as well as the quality of the skin. The "right" treatment plan will be based on a complete evaluation by your facial cosmetic surgeon.
Thedefinition of facial rejuvenation varies from surgeon to surgeon and meansdifferent things to different patients. In general it is the process to try toreverse the facial appearance caused by aging. It may involve improving theskin texture and complexion, diminishing skin discoloration, minimizing finelines and wrinkles, contouring hollows, or tightening loose tissue that haslost its elasticity. There are a variety of procedures, both non-surgical and surgical which can beutilized to achieve these various goals. Fillers, Botox or Dysport, micro-fatgrafts, chemical peels, a skin care program, lasers, skin tightening, andsurgical lifts are some of the methods that are used to achieve a cosmeticimprovement. Each has advantages and disadvantages as well as limitations ofwhat they can achieve. The best technique or combination of procedures dependson desired outcome, individual anatomy, underlying medical health, and extentof aging. There is no one approach that is ideal for everyone.I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board ofPlastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for AestheticPlastic Surgery (ASAPS) that you trust and are comfortable with who has all ofthe modalities of treatment available. You should discuss your concerns withthat surgeon in person.Facial rejuvenation needs to be individualized. What would be an ideal approachfor one patient is not necessarily the same for someone else. Based on theexamination and discussion at the consultation, you should have a betterunderstanding of the various options that can achieve the best cosmetic resultfor you.Robert Singer, MD FACSLa Jolla, California
Thank you for the question and the photos and from them without an examination you would appear to benefit from a facelift and possibly a rhinoplasty. So see some experts in your area.Dr. Corbin
Hi. Milia like yours can be removed in the office. Simple excision is effective and sutures are not needed. Some dermatologist feel comfortable removing eyelid lesions, others refer these to an oculoplastic surgeon. Hope this helps. Best regards, Ira Vidor, M.D.
I would ask your surgeon at the time of your post op appointment. But generally you should wait 2-3 weeks after your surgery to go swimming.
