I had a consultation for my earlobe deformity (nothing too bad, but my left earlobe is larger and thicker, curls up and sticks out, which I've always disliked), and the doctor told me that getting surgery would leave a very visible scar because of where the incision would be made, so she instead injected filler as a trial to weigh my earlobe down and make it stick out less. But the results are not great, I want the surgery, would it be fine despite the filler in my earlobes?
