Ear lobe surgery to remove earring holes and ear tears. Will any holes close by themselves if they are five years old?

Five year old tears of the ear and earlobes would not heal by themselves. The cost of repairing these tears will vary by surgeon, but it could be done in the office with just local anesthesia. I would recommend consulting with a facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon.

It is extremely unlikely these areas will remodel enough to look as though they have closed on their own. Small revisions can be done under local anesthesia in an office setting in most cases.
