I had a septorhinoplasty 8 months ago to fix a deviation. I also asked to remove the bump on my bridge and refine the tip. All went well and I loved the results the first 3-4 months, at this time the bridge was straight. Since then I've had a small bump on the bridge, it's raised slightly and then there's a small slope before the tip. I'm upset with it as I wanted to no longer have a bump on my nose. I think I have medium-thick skin.

After a septoplasty, the septum is not healed by 2 weeks and is more prone to be broken. If you spar or competitively box you at 2 weeks then you are more likely to have complications. I recommend you do not do this.
