Brow lift for smiling skin redundancy -- Could a brow lift with skin excision help soften this skin folding? (Photos)

Hello! I am inquiring on if a brow lift could help me with this issue. As you can see from the pictures, I have excess skin that folds over when I smile. It does not seem like typical crow's feet with predominantly overactive muscles (though, I could be mistaken). I don't care about much else besides this, eyebrow position doesn't bother me. Could a brow lift (?lateral brow lift) with skin excision help soften this skin folding?
