Is there any treatment for veiny transparent eyelids? Please help (Photo)

Hello im a 30 yo guy and i have a bad case of veiny eyelids / transparent eyelids and dark circle. As a blonde guy i know that i have thin fair skin. Ive seen many doctor who refered me to dermatologists without success. Id like to know if there is any procedure for this problem as im so tired to deal with this any longer. It has left me really self concious, too scared to go on activites or being judged. Id like to be like any normal guy and not being asked why i wear makeup all the time.
