3 months 'drop and fluff' - nipples not centred and worried - silicone 345cc hp allergen. (no sag pre op just deflated.)

It is difficult to comment without photo or direct examination.  Implants usually settle within 3-6 months.  You can wait another 3 months and see whether your implants would settle any further down.  As the implants settle down, the nipple areolar complex will go up slightly.  If you are not happy at 6 month postop, you may want to talk with your plastic surgeon about possible lift.  Best to see your plastic surgeon now and convey your concern so that he/she can come up with an action plan in case you want a revision at a future date.

Thank you for your question.  If you're implants drop further your nipple position should look more normal as you demonstrated on your own by pulling the skin up. Without photos it is hard to tell if you could have benefited from a breast lift preop which is the most common cause of the symptoms that you describe.  I would wait another 3 months before considering either a release to drop the implants further or a breast lift if it is needed.  Please consult your plastic surgeon for follow-up and advice regarding these issues.
