I am a male and have several small bumps on my areola(s). In fact, one areola has many more making things look even worse! I have been told they are montgomery glands. I know in women this is common, but in men I don't see this very often and is embarrassing to me. Would it be possible to remove with minimal to no scarring? If it is, can you outline what type of procedure(s) can be done and describe the scarring that might take place?
