Tingling Gyno, is this normal?

Hi I've had gyno since my teens, I have always been told it would go away naturally. I've had them since I was 13 and I am now pushing 19. Is my only solution surgery? These past few months they've started tingling a lot inside my chest and it's eating me alive I can't stop the tingle.. I mess around with the gyno inside my chest to hopefully stop it, but I'm not sure it's working.

An exam would be necessary to make a determination on how things should proceed.Surgery is the only real option to reduce long-standing gynecomastia.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds 
of body contouring procedures and male breast reductions each year.  
Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo

Without a good history and physical examination, it is very difficult to give sound medical advice. Tingling sensation is usually the result of an impingement of sensory nerves. If the gynecomastia is causing the tingling, then removing the gynecomastia may resolve the problem. Surgery and the resection of tissue may cause temporary numbness in the area. Symptoms associated with gynecomastia are very common.  Unfortunately at this point in time surgery may be your best solution for the problem but I would see an endocrinologist or internist first to see if he would recommend any medical treatments.dr. corbin
