In both males and females, most fat transfers to the breast will increase up to one cup in size. Only a certain amount of fat can be transferred at one time. If too much is added, more fat dies. A transfer can later be done once you have healed, or you can consider implants.

Fat transfer can increase cup size although it may require multiple sessions to obtain the desired breast size.
