APS and fat transfer

Hi! I was diagnosed with APS (only during pregnancy) after recurrent miscarriages.. while pregnant I had enoxaparin injections and low dose aspirin, and 6 weeks after birth. I looking into breast augmentation but decided against it after learning of BII.. I was wondering if it was safe to have fat transfer to breasts? Vaser Lipo fat transfer Thank you in advance
