For fat transfer using lipedema fat, what fraction of each liter is viable for grafting after purification?

I am a patient with lipedema. I have upcoming fat transfer to breast & BBL procedures (combined with TT, lifts and liposuction), and I am trying to decide my weight goal (currently losing weight with tirzepatide) for surgery. I hold quite a lot of fluid (can drop 15-20lb of fluid by pneumatic compression pumping, massage and light eating within days, but it returns with exercise). I want to restore 3 cups sizes lost & have a moderate BBL done. I'm 5'11" 255lb.
