Are there any treatment you recommend for fixing the CoolSculpting indent? It almost seems like the applicator was put in the wrong spot, or the fat bulge moved to a different spot from when I was standing (to draw an outline of the area of concern) to when I was side lying (when applicator was applied). The bulge is more pronounced now, since the indent is below the bulge. I am mortified by these results!
Answer: Unhappy with CoolSculpting The results of CoolSculpting take some time to develop. For the first couple of months, you might experience swelling that prevents you from seeing your full outcome. Once side effects subside, it can still take time for your body to eliminate the fat cells that were treated, which will reveal the visible reduction you want. I encourage you to give your body sufficient time to heal. However, if your developing results are concerning to you, a follow-up visit to your provider may help to put your concerns to rest. Always work with a board-certified dermatologist with extensive experience in the CoolSculpting device to ensure your procedure is both safe and successful.

Answer: Unhappy with CoolSculpting Results I appreciate your question and photos. It is not unusual to have some swelling after a CoolSculpting treatment that makes it difficult to see your final results right away. I recommend you give your recovery a bit more time. If you are still unhappy with your results at the three-month mark, you can schedule a follow-up with your doctor to see if another CoolSculpting treatment or a non-surgical skin tightening treatment like ThermiTight might help you put the finishing touches on your contouring. Always work with a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in body contouring to ensure the best results possible from your procedure.

Answer: 2 months following coolsculpting I'm assuming you mean 2 months after? If so, you still might see changes that could even out where the issue is. I am having a hard time understanding if you were treated with the Cool Smooth PRO (flat panel that takes one hour and 15 minutes) or a suction based applicator. I have not seen the PRO do that in my practice and we are nearly 10,000 treatments in. I would ask for a follow up visit with the physician in charge of the practice at the 3 month mark but if you didn't go to a plastic surgeon or board certified physician practice just make sure you choose an accredited place to improve it.

Answer: Results after Coolsculpting -- add Venus Legacy, Vanquish, truSculpt, Exilis, Cellutone, Zwave, Evive - "Fire and Ice" Thank you for your question, You may have some swelling for 3-6 months after Coolsculpting. Most patients require a second treatment 2 to 3 months after the first to see better outcomes. For best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, truSculpt iD, Venus Legacy, and Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. If you still have specific problem areas that do not respond to non-invasive treatments, a VASER Hi-Definition Liposuction procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), and InMode BodyTite may be needed to give more fat removal, contouring, skin tightening, and definition. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a hi-definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer
