Personally, I don’t think there are any nonsurgical approaches that are good at delivering consistent quality outcomes for removing subcutaneous fat.
The armpit area tends to have a significant skin, redundancy component and skin redundancy or skin. Laxity is one of the major reasons patience fail to get quality results from fat removal procedures, like Liposuction, and certainly from those less effective and Liposuction.
Without seeing pictures, we can’t begin to make an assessment.
I suggest having a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community.
A non-surgical approach to a potentially difficult area to treat could potentially lead to disappointment
