I have been wanting a breast lift (already have implants) since I finished having children. I had a tummy tuck years ago before wanting children. When I got pregnant I went from 190 to 250 lbs. I've since worked hard to drop down to 180 and would like to continue to 165. I am 5'8". I would love to just get liposuction if possible of the upper/lower abdomen, sides, hips, love handles and back but I am curious if I'd need another tummy tuck at this point. Pictures attached and any advice welcome!

Answer: Bellesoma Method and tummy tuck with mesh reinforcement Your breasts are too low on the chest wall. You would benefit from a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, you can undergo tummy tuck, If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Tummy tuck or liposuction Dear Emily27436, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
